We have completely re-designed and are finalizing the detailed plans for the next two “Totara” houses (ask for the new floorplans).

Council consent has been granted and we are starting the foundation work in a matter of weeks. We intend to sell these two 230m2 very generously sized 5-bedroom family homes “off the plan”.

Early purchasers of these two properties are able to make their own selection of the materials and colours for all the interior finishings.
